How long does a repair take?
Most phone screen and battery repairs are done the same day, often while you wait. Board-level, console and laptop repairs typically take 1–3 days depending on parts.
Do I need an appointment?
No, walk-ins are welcome Mon–Sat 9 am – 7 pm. Getting an instant quote online first lets us reserve your part so it's ready when you arrive.
Is my repair under warranty?
Yes. Most repairs include a limited lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Board-level and micro-soldering repairs (including HDMI ports) carry a 6-month warranty. New physical or liquid damage is not covered. Read the full terms.
Will a repair void my manufacturer warranty?
No. CPR repairs will not void your pre-existing manufacturer warranty.
What happens to my data?
Your data stays on your device. Our technicians are WISE-certified, which includes data-privacy protocols. We recommend a backup before any repair when possible.
What parts do you use?
High-quality aftermarket parts by default. We don't install low-grade LCD screens. Genuine Apple and Samsung parts are available on request for eligible models.
What if my part isn't in stock?
We can usually have it delivered from Atlanta the same day for a $50 same-day parts fee.
Do you price match?
Yes. We match any major repair store's advertised price within 10 miles, for the same part quality. We don't compete with bargain-bin parts.
Is there a diagnostic fee?
Diagnostics are $59 for phones and $99 for other devices, and the fee is credited toward your repair if you go ahead.
Do you discount multiple repairs?
Yes. When we're already inside your phone, additional repairs on the same device are 15% off.
