What's covered
This CPR Cell Phone Repair franchised location offers a limited lifetime warranty on parts and labor for the repair performed. The warranty covers manufacturer-related defects in parts installed by this location and the workmanship of that repair. It is for the original customer only and is non-transferable.
Symptoms of a manufacturer-related defect may include a sudden decline in device function, touchscreen sensitivity or LCD performance.
Board-level & micro-soldering repairs
Repairs that involve soldering on the circuit board, including HDMI port replacement, soldered charging ports and other board-level work, carry a 6-month limited warranty on workmanship from the date of repair.
What's not covered
- Physical or liquid damage that happens after the repair
- Damage unrelated to the original repair
- Batteries, accessories and soldered components
- Game system reflows
- Problems caused by a manufacturer software update
For other repairs or products, please ask a team member for warranty details. This location reserves the right to resolve any disputes about warranty coverage.
CPR repairs will not void your pre-existing manufacturer warranty. All CPR stores are independently owned and operated, and warranty terms may vary by location.
